It has been unanimously decided that an Internal Complaints Committee in terms of section 4 of the sexual harassment of women at work place (prevention,prohibition and redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) is being constituted on this date consisting of the following members

 

1. Bhaswati Chowdhury –       Presiding Officer

2. Jayanta Kumar Mukherjee

3. Achintya Das Majumdar

4. Sayantani Basak

5. Ankita Sengupta

6. Bappaditya Mukherjee

 

It is further resolved that if any of the nominated members become an ‘aggrieved person’ or a ‘respondent’ within the meaning of the Act, then he/she shall cease to be a member of the committee for that particular case and the committee shall proceed to function without that particular member in such case or may co-opt any other member/members as the committee may decide. This committee shall remain in force for a period of 36 months (not eceedong) from 31st December, 2019 or until it contravenes any provision of the Act, whichever is earlier. The Committee shall act in strict complaiance of the Act and the rules laid there in.
