Suman Ganguly

(President)

Suman Ganguly is associated to Prantakatha for 10 years now. He studied at South Point School, Kolkata. Later he pursued LLB from the University of Calcutta . He is practicing law in different Courts including Calcutta High Court for the more than 18 years now, taking up cause of women and the marginalized victims.

Jayanta Mukherjee

(Vice-President)

Mr. Jayanta Mukherjee, an M. Com, LL.B from the University of Calcutta, is the Vice-President of the organisation. He worked as a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax earlier and also practices law at Barasat Judge’s Court since retirement. He tries to help the poorer section of the society and attached to Prantakatha since its beginning in 2006.

Bappaditya Mukherjee

Bappaditya Mukherjee is the Founder & Director of Prantakatha. He has completed his M.Sc. in Economics with specialization in Development Economics and International Trade from University of Calcutta in 2002.

Bhaswati Chaudhuri

Bhaswati Chaudhuri has completed her graduation from the Vishva Bharati University and pursued a BA degree in Law from the University of Calcutta. She practises law in Calcutta High Court and handle the criminal and civil legal issues. She is associated with several organisations in the field of social work such as Women’s Coordinating Council, Mahila Seva Samity, Inner-wheel, Prantakatha.

Asis Ghosh

Asis Ghosh is associated with Prantakatha since 2006. He was studied at government college of Arts & Science from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Also He studied at Indian institution of packaging. Currently he is working as Regional Procurement lead direct material at Beiersdorf.

Satabarta Roy

He has been instrumental in running Prantakatha for nearly 7 years before venturing towards his own business . He is an entrepreneur and active in social work.

Srabanti Basu

Srabanti Basu is associated with Prantakatha for now nearly 5 years . She completed her study from University of Calcutta and currently working as Professor at Heritage Institute of Technology. She is a fond of Music also.
