It is entrepreneurship development for Transgenders . It includes 360° support to Transgender youth towards livelihood. From training to seed grant to mentoring to curated pop-up markets as point of sales. This initiative works with a two pronged approach – one, enabling entrepreneurship spirit among Transgender youth.

It is free of cost healthcare support service to transgender youth. With Transgender Protection of Rights law in place, this initiative helps Transgender youth to get access to mainstream health care support services.

It is one year-long intersectional youth leadership support journey that facilitates the idea of active citizenship among youth. The programme includes regular youth meets on different topics to enhance understanding around diversity, inclusion, and equality. Internship opportunities with different grassroots organisations across India to help youngsters understand real life issues. Towards the end of the year-long journey, meting potters are encouraged to develop their own social enterprises / start ups.

This initiative is targeted around homeless young women and children to enable them towards their needed health support and livelihood support. Currently 15 families with 36 women and 62 children under Hastings Flyover, Kolkata are supported.

It is a networking, learning, and solutions exchange platform across LGBTQIA+ youth across South Asian countries. These counties, which are all past colonies of the British, share many legal and social similarities around challenges and opportunities faced by LGBTQIA + community.

This initiative provides food, medicine, and clothing support to abandoned windows who are aged and used to surviving through begging. It aims at rehabilitating excluded old women to the mainstream of life through love, compassion, and kindness.
